What is Flex?
Flex is Hyena's all-new riding and community app, a fresh start designed to make every ride more meaningful. Track your rides, set weekly goals, build streaks, earn rewards, and connect with the global Hyena rider community.
HRA and Flex work together, not against each other. All your bike settings, firmware updates, and diagnostics stay in HRA — Flex is where your rides come alive.

Your HRA data will not carry over to Flex. Flex starts fresh, but everything you earn in the beta will continue into the official release.
How to join the beta?
You'll need Apple's TestFlight app to install Flex. Follow these steps:
Requirements: iOS 17 or later · Bluetooth 4.0 or later · Internet connection
- Check the TestFlight invitation mail in your email from "testflight_no_reply@email.apple.com".
- Tap the "View in TestFlight" button in the mail to open the download instructions.
- Tap the "TestFlight from the App Store" button on the instruction page and download TestFlight.
- Launch TestFlight and tap the Redeem button.
- Enter your Redeem Code and install the Flex app. You can find your Redeem Code in the download instructions.
- Accept any permission prompts, then tap Open to launch Flex.
Flex beta is available exclusively to Hyena Rider Assistant iOS users. Android support is coming in a future release. This is a pre-release version, crash logs and usage data may be collected to help us improve the app.
What happens to my progress after beta?
Everything you earn during the beta will carry over when Flex officially launches. You're not testing a throwaway version. You're building your Flex profile from day one.
